Everything that’s ever been covered by the national and local news media since 2016 falls into that category. It’s as if they themselves don’t even know the true meaning of the phrase “breaking news”. Grrrrr.
I wrote 2016 because that’s what I meant to write. If in your opinion 2006 is an appropriate year for a similar answer, I think you should post it yourself.
One of the worst things about trying to stay informed, either on this COVID19 issue or any other equally important issue, is that so-called “journalists” are so focused on beating the other guy in the ratings chase that they think they have to flap their gums incessantly, EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO FACTS OR INFORMATION TO REPORT!!! Grrrrrr. ~
That's true. I notice that a lot with weather forecasts, particularly when snow is predicted. One will say 10", another will say 8", another 6", etc. They're just competing for clicks.
Yes. Harry and Meghan, Any Kardashian family member, the rift between Princes William and Harry, every stupid thing Trump utters (which is pretty much everything), the housewives of any city, any "star" having a baby (like no one else gives birth).
So-called "influencers" like Olivia Jade Gianulli, who are too dumb to get admitted to a decent college without their equally stupid parents paying someone off to grease the skids.
