Why do customers constantly interrupt my reading?

Life's like that

They are busy talking to people they shouldn't be.  Mostly people I know, they need to stop it right now. 

cause youre not supposed to be reading, youre supposed to be helping them

They are adults who should be able to do things are their own.  Also they are not interesting, my book is.

It is rife in our society.
