The death sentence in England was only for the poor as all the Goverment could take is your life if you had nothing more to give...
No big wigs were executed for any crime apart from Treason to the Crown....That law still exists today over here....
I just wonder now who they would get to carry it out .....Funny how governments can order a Minow to carry out such deeds....
It  would be more fitting if the judge that ordered it had to do it I think....let it be on his concious ...

I don't want anyone's death on my concious ,although I do believe certain crimes still could do with the death penalty...

People that kill whales commercially for instance ...   Things like the guy the killed Sharon Tate...Manson

I expect the point is to illustrate the extent of evil of which homo saps are capable D. You can read a Stephen King novel and know it is a figment of a dark imagination. But reading the headlines about the slaughter of a pregnant woman? SIGH. Like Hitler mention Manson and evil oozes out. My guess only. I don't really KNOW. For the life of me I don't understand why such horrific horror films are ever made or understand the people that wish to view them....How many deaths are attributed to weirdo's acting out for real the things that these films obviously stimulate..
You can't tell me either that anyone that works in a slaughterhouse is not mentally effected by killing or cutting up the carcusses of helpless animals ever single day of his working life..
How can anyone still have any compassion left in them form doing that job for just one hour...

I am not a fan but Stephen King has a multitude of them. Also people flock to see slasher movies and horror movies. I don't know if this is apocryphal or true but I have even heard of people watching SNUFF movies. Where an actual person is murdered and it is all on film to be witnessed and "enjoyed". Why do people slow down for accidents? Hoping to see blood and gore? Why do people like to be scared/terrified? Why do some people go to the dark side at every opportunity? Why do some people lead TAWDRY UGLY lives? Why is the question I ask about everything all the time and some questions are unanswerable or at least the answer is unknown. Thank you for your reply D.

Maybe slowing and looking at car crashes give people somethings to talk about...maybe we all do it to a certain extent just to see what's going on ,don't we all have some Nosey parts of our nature and gossip about something in our lives that annoy us...
We all vent a bit on the mug as its like a news paper and has a trapped audience to express our feelings and thoughts to....wether they want to hear it or not...l:( 

I have come to terms with them Shuhak. They are INDIFFERENT. Now logic demands one answer that question "how can anyone be indifferent to evil cruel monstrous?" They are wired that way. We don't ASK to be born as we are. We just are.You don't expect a bottle of cheap wine to be the same as a bottle of a great champagne. That is asking too much. We have to accept that indifference is as much a part of life as breathing. Not caring at all comes naturally to many and the white house entertainer took advantage of it.
