I've heard that a lot.. my feeling is that it's just a saying, a glib one because no, not everyone who is easily bored is boring. Equally someone who is not bored, might be a dreadful crushing bore... e.g. if they go on and on about their stamp collection or something?
The world is filled with so many mysterious things. Anyone with a modicum of curiosity can't possibly be bored. But the incurious who never wonder or ponder about anything must needs be bored all the time because their lives draw boring to them. Birds of a feather are the same ilk together. They obey commands and do as they are told and have no desire to think. Thinking is hard work and they gladly cede that to others. The sheeple. The adoring worshippers who never question evil. Go with the flow. Don't upset the apple cart. Don't make waves. Don't stand out. Melt and meld into the other so you become indistinguishable from them. Live your entire lives that way and pass it along to your children. Incurious obedient. SIGH. What so many aspire to and achieve. Incurious obedient.
