Discussion»Questions»Games» Does anyone know what twidly winks are? How do you capture them? Have I given you them without knowing? I surely hope so!! ;) ;)
I played Pick-Up Stix and Lincoln Logs and Sorry! Parchessie (I know the spelling is wrong but I hope you know what I am talking about) was one of our favorites, too. Have you played the version of Monopoly called, "Dogopoly?" It is a Howl of a Game! I highly recommend it!!
You Have It!! You are have the exact answer. In my tired and probably a little buzzed state when I asked the question, that was really what I meant to say.
I have never known and now I do! Thank You! :) :)
Thank you!

Twidly winks are when you take your index finger and your middle finger and move them like legs across the surface of something (basically making your hands walk).
To capture them, sweep your other hand in from behind them and grasp firmly. Don't try to capture then head on as they frighten easily (when frightened the index finger collapses and the middle finger becomes rigid). It's considered rude in most cultures to give another person a frightened twidly wink.
My fingers are doing the walking... Well, I take that back. More like tap dancing on the keyboard. I now know how to make them behave when they take on minds of their own. Even though SpunkySenior was correct in my quest of an answer, your explanation is outstandingly creative. If I could give you both the AP I would. Thank you. I'll try and keep them from misbehaving which they do often. Big Smiles!!!
