Ask Hillary Clinton, she's on the hot seat for all the activities you mentioned plus a few others. Unfortunately there are those people who know this, and will still vote for her.
It seems to me that if "he" is involved with those deals his career will end but if "she" is involved then it is perfectly fine. Reeks of a double standard and sexism.
