Having trouble loading Smash TV to my phone, how will I get that?

I tried searched Smash T.V. from Play Store, then I end-up with installing 'SuperRetro16' on my Samsung Galaxy Phone, then I used the 'Search Internet for games' to search Smash TV within it, then I clicked the first/top website: 'Super Smash TV-Super Nintendo (SNES) from download' - under the pictures game cartridge of SNES Smash TV, is a red YouTube Button of how to play, just under the small game icon is a dark link of 'Download Emulator', & under the game info is the green 'DOWNLOAD ROM' Button.
When I click the dark link of Download Emulator won't work, then when I click the green 'DOWNLOAD ROM' Button, I got this warning message:

Then I don't think anything else will happen here.
How would I get a Smash TV game, or other games similar to Smash TV that I can just load/install & play the Smash TV on my phone?

    If he really is 47, and we have no reason to believe he's not, he seems kind of old (IMO, of course) for stuff that might appeal to, say, a 13-year-old. And it strikes me as quite unusual for a grown man of almost 50 to have his mom checking up on websites he visits. Just saying.

    (First)I just (pop up) the keyboard that's in the screen of phone, the button on top right of screen keyboard is an icon of 2 turning arrows around the little face, I clicked that, then clicked in other different selection(s) of it to get to the hand icons stuff from it-by clicking the other dots that are in row below many face/hand selection. - Other of these dots represent othe pages of these face, hand, etc selections.

    Just the short emotion videos-the ones that you put in from your reply box-to me , I haven't posted any of these moving images yet.
    One is like 'Yay', 'duped', etc

    I know how to post gifs, I wanted to know how to make my emojis on my phone keyboard work on this site. When I have tried to use them,  they just look like 5million question marks.

    Oh Then just have to go back in your reply box by editing (your text) to change that back, I was getting that too, I changed it back, then I saw that it stayed this time.

    Hard to say why dosen't it work(?)

    But you saw (just the) any selection of Emojis on your phone, as you just did tried it, did you?

    I don't know if that might be because your phone is different from mine.
    But that you know how to upload GIF, then do you think you can load just about anything as GIF, if you can, then maybe just make it a little size & just a still image of it for it to substitute as an Emoji image of yours-see if that will work and see if can't tell the difference between an Emoji & GIF
    See if would that work?

    That you post GIF, is that done outside of the key pad? (Then not sure if can go any farther after this)

    I can just put in more sets of my other different Emojis of few other Replies each-to you, with each of messaged examples in steps of what I will do of putting in each Emojis(?)

    Okay, just in left top corner in my phone's screen pop-up keyboard, is the smiley face with 2 turning circle-I clicked that, clicked smiley face with full circle around it just next to the one I clicked, shows many selections of different yellow smiley faces just below and I selected 2 of those:
    ????????
    Then I clicked 'Edit', and changed the 4 question Mark's back to the 2 different yellow Emoji smiley faces.

    I think I'm now having trouble doing it myself-after went in Edit and changed it back few times, may just try it with short sentences type in with, or perhaps try enter just the Emoji without any text this time, then I don't know if I can Edit and then type in something with it after it.
