Japan has started having baseball games with no fans in the seats - instead they have cardboard people wearing mask - I think that sends a good message so I get it. But what I don't get is the 9 year old kid in a plastic bubble - instead of throwing the ball to home plate he walks it over in his plastic bubble. I only saw a brief news clip so I don't know what happens when he reaches home plate - he is wearing a helmet so I am assuming that the batter tries hit the bubble into the stands.
