Do you keep getting signed out constantly?

I do. So I wonder what's up. Here I'm signed in but at times I'm not. Life is crazy enough! Ha!

    Either:

    1) You've set your browser to remove cookies at the end of each session

    Or:

    2) You forgot to check the 'Remember Me' box in the sign-in pop-up.

  • I haven't heard of that one. lol

If it's an ongoing, serious issue, Please send it to JA using the feedback link

TBH, I think it would be a great idea to have a setting that automatically logs you out after a certain amount of inactivity

It sometimes happens using a link to get from one place to another on the site. Hmm.

I was told to be a good girl, no more glitches from my side today! Lolz.

Nah... Seriously, I will wait and see how it develops over time. It might be a little start bumps while everything is settling in. :-)

I actually think this only happens when the dev refreshes something on the site. He's been working like mad to fix all kinds of bugs and every time he uploads new code, I think we all get kicked. I think.

Let's give it a few days. If you're still having the issue a week from now, let me know. Also, what someone else said about saving the password is correct. Others aren't affected by it because their browser signs them in right away, even if they do get kicked. If you're on a private device and can save the login info, it'll put an end to it.

...And speaking of bugs, I tried 2.0 on my tablet last night.  I couldn't access the Polls section at all.

(This space reserved for me to beg for a separate Polls Button in the menu bar. :-))

Mobile is odd. It needs a double-tap.

I responded to your feedback (probably while you were writing this) but I expect polls to get a spot on the menu after people get a chance to adapt.

Haha. That happened a long time ago. Had it not been so, and my mind was intact when I started this project, I never would have started. *wild laughter*

No, just when I close the window of the site.  I've never had to sign in before though, when I haven't signed out

It has still happened to me, even when I haven't closed the window OR turned off the computer.  That just happened today, and I do click the "remember me" box  when I sign in again.
