The kids of the dumb and dumber sure as heck have no way to get smarter and smarter. That inbreeding limits the gene pool you see and so what they start out is all there is to work with and pass down generation after generation after generation. They always stick with their own ilk..no fresh air allowed in. Stuffier and stuffier the air becomes and then the brain.
