He got trapped in limbo. A few people are using devices that retained the memory of the old site's location. I'm working with them all and trying to get them to clear the cache of their browser and PC so they come here insted, but right now, when they type answerMug.com in their browser, they're still going to the old site.
Randy D is one of them. Hartfire is also stuck, as is Lacy Ryan. Simsine/ Dumb & Dumber did not want to clear the cache on his PC, so he threw in the towel. He said to tell everyone "Thanks" and he'll miss you all. In all likelihood, he'll be able to come back soon. His computer cache will look for updates whenever it's programmed to do so. It could take a week or so though. I really can't say. Every program is different.
These are issues related to their devices and browsers, so I can't do anything to fix it for them. All I can do is research and tell them how to clear the old data. I've been able to get a few stragglers squared away, but some people have systems that are not letting go. We should see them soon regardless.
