    He's controlling.  Praise me, agree with me 100%, and say/do exactly what I demand 24/7 .... or "you're fired". 

    We're all unique individual human beings. As such, we can never fully agree with anyone/everyone else all the time.  If we did, we wouldn't be unique.

    Precisely. Those we love and adore. Family friends acquaintances co-workers neighbors strangers. What two people anywhere at anytime or any place agreed on everything all the time HONESTLY not fakerly? But that's the way the "head" cookie crumbles and I never knew so many saps loved crumbs.
