Does anybody know what the Spanish speaking DJ is saying in the song Mexican Radio?

Mexican Radio by Wall Of Voodoo is one of my favorite songs but I feel like I am missing something because I don't understand what the DJ is saying at the beginning of the song. Cheers!

    I have a Mexican son in law. He says it is just typical DJ chatter about "building the wall at the border, and everything north will be referred to as 'Wally World".
