Can a sperm and an egg whose combined IQ is 70 create a product whose IQ is 150? Impossible/possible?

How can the product be more than the ingredients that were used?

    Because IQ is based on hundreds of genes in the DNA and also environmental factors. 
    So if there are high IQs in the Grandparents....there are high IQ genes even in an low IQ person. 
    Just as two brown eyed brown hair people can produce a blue eyed blonde haired child.
    The odds are just against it. And that is not facturing in environmental variables (on IQ)
