What is a painting that caused a war or a conflict?

I'm trying to think of this painting that was considered a national treasure but it was stolen. People went to war over it. I hope I can remember it soon, in case you don't know. It's on the tip of my tongue. 

If if there is another one besides the one of thinking about, please let me know. Thanks.

    I have no information about that one, but here is a site with a flood of fascinating articles on paintings. One is a painting by Salvador Dali that was stolen from a prison cafeteria.
