The powers that be is seriously senile. He is smearing President Obama because he thinks he is running again him. WHY?

Every time I hear Joe Biden utter one of his pearls of wisdom, it's a reminder that no one out there should play the senility card. But really, who do you think is going to be the power and glory in the Oval Office while Joe plays the role of figurehead? His VP? The Clintons? The Obamas? Bernie Sanders? Governance by committee? I guess while Joe's mind floats through cyberspace, we'll see CGI's of him when it's time to face the nation.
