Just as if there's pull-down menu of "Questions by members" instead of "Questions by Categories"

Yes...click on the member's avatar. It takes you to their profile page. Click 'more'...then discussions. I just searched yours. BUT...don't use that for trolling or stalking.

O.k. then, how do you get a members avatar if they aren't already on?  I have found I have to wait until they are on at the same time.....

You can click on Muggers above and do a search.
Or you can remember where you seen them last. Or even in the email system if you have emailed in the past. Just click on their avatar in any of these plaves.

“Within”, no. That doesn’t even make any sense. “From“, yes. Just go to that member’s profile and click on “More” and then on “Discussions”.

Who knows which response he’ll read/understand, if either?  (Shrug.)

I don't search under an avatar.
    I open google.
    Type the letter, a.
    It takes me to answermug.com
That takes me to "whats happening around the mug."
From there I go directly to my notifications.
After answering any responses from my comments I go to "Questions."
This fillets all the current questions asked.
From there I search might (well, most of the time, almost always search down to find Element or Randy D.s, Cosmics, Welby, etc. questions.
From there I take whoever asked the last question. This post was edited by Merlin at May 24, 2020 10:33 PM MDT
