Easy targets of opportunity. Just happen to be in the wrong place, in the path of self-indulgent rage and utter ignorance.

F-- tha cops, F— the law. Gotta rise up. We’re gonna smash, pillage and burn, ...this store. That shop. Smash that sh—. Grab that TV. Beat that worker down, take his stuff, take the cash. Torch it all.

How lovely that rampaging locals senselessly trash their own neighborhoods to show how bloody angry they are. Tomorrow there will be no jobs.

It doesn't. There are certain people who take advantage of a situation, that doesn't make them part of the protest.

I agree. Someone should tell media that they are not protesters.

It doesn't = I should destroy and steal the property of a private business. It's an asinine motive for such an action.

Makes no sense. Attack the police station would make sense...still not the way to go. This post was edited by my2cents at May 29, 2020 10:14 AM MDT

It reminds me of the MLK assassination riots in 68 and the Rodney King LA riot in 92. Senseless.

Hey, it's just their opinion put into action---How could it possibly hurt to respect that opinion?

It's OK to have an opinion. It's not OK to express it by destroying other people's property and making them feel threatened.
