The ones who strike first and catches the other unprepared and add to that those that have the most remote control weapons aways gave the advantage Rosie....If the odds were the same,who can say who will win... A state army can produce any amount of weapons and munitions it wants....it's not always the same for the rebels that gave to produce so many things in secret ...
I think not R. IT is already laying the ground for a delayed election or accusations of "RIGGED" when IT loses. That will be the dog whistles the mindless weaponized peeps have been waiting for and it will be all out war. I see no other possibility. The IT madness permeates the millions who support IT.
