If MURDER were not the INTENTION why did the murderer knee-in-neck the victim until he was sure he was dead?

Which was almost FOUR MINUTES AFTER one cop said "I don't feel a pulse"?

What is the rationale for doing that? When you don't feel a pulse isn't that a pretty good indication a person died? Maybe at that point you could bring him back? Not if you crush his windpipe.

Will we get the results of the AUTOPSY?

How often is "knee-in-neck till vic died" the autopsy result?

He did it because he was sure he could get away with it like on so many other occasions in the past...He may have been arrested ,but that doesn't  mean he will be found guilty by his superiors ........

I know. The charges have been made. That's the easy part. The trial and the conviction of a cop for murdering an innocent unthreatening prone handcuffed black man? Good luck with that. Thank you for your reply D. How sad is that?
