A cop who says journalists/reporters are essential. Apologized that cops teargassed them beat them rubber bulleted them! Imagine THAT?

How many cops would DARE SAY much less think journalists/reporters are ESSENTIAL to a democracy? How many feel the same as Republicans and tumbleweed adoring worships that the press is the enemy? Why? Because THEY SEEK TRUTH AND REPORT IT WHEN THEY FIND IT. That's why. WHY ELSE and who else is so threatened by truth like the GOP supporting tumbleweed? No decency. No nuttin' hunny.

    What reporters were beat/teargassed/shot with rubber bullets?   LINK????

    If a reporter is in the middle of rioters....there is possibility they could be hit with the weapons being used against the rioters.   Just as a reporter in a war zone could also be hit with whatever is aimed at the soldiers.  This post was edited by my2cents at June 10, 2020 10:41 AM MDT
