HOw can silence allow a rotten apple to spoil the barrel? How can looking the other way and pretending what is happen is not happening be a problem?....BE THE PROBLEM? I dunno. How can tumbleweed still be operating without any rails or brakes or reins of shackles or handcuffs? Anyone?
