One of my fingers on my right hand is almost totally numb. Should I worry? What can I do to wake it up?

It is getting worse slowly over time.

Why don't you consult a hand specialist instead of asking randos on the Internet like us?

    That’s specifically Stu slang, right?

I will not. I’m not some ‘lennial who lives and breathes according to what google dictates. If you don’t want to answer, you’re entitled not to, but throwing orders around doesn’t get anywhere with me.

That’s fair, maybe it’s regional slang. Stu lives in NY, I live close-ish to NY even though I’m in Canada. :)

See, we're not all alter kakers. That's Yiddish for "old sh*tters," and the second word is pronounced "k-ah-ker."

That always happens to me on my pinky fingers, or used to. I’ve realized it was because I was on my phone too much and the way I hold it. Are you on your smartphone a lot?

No, it is the middle finger, perhaps the typing has caused the problem.

It might be that, but if It is bothersome and you don’t know why it is happening, you should check with a doctor to be safe.

I wish I could, however, they are all closed still because of Covid-19.

I'm sure there must be a walk-in clinic or emergency room open if it's bothering you enough.

    Massage it
    to stimulate blood flow.
My right thumb is like that.

Change positions. Make sure there is no pressure on it stopping blood flow.

Make sure your arm is not bent and no pressure on it anywhere.  Corpal tunnel can cause numbness in hands and fingers.

I know you mentioned Medicare on another question.  Pres Trump changed rules because of Covid19. So Medicare is now covering Telemedicine visits.
