Of course he did. It's been quite evident by his actions since day 1. To be completely honest, he really doesn’t care about them either. He only cares about himself. Allegiance to money and egomania are the only "oaths" he ever took.
I'm sure his voters knew he had no intention of being fair or just or truthful or kind. That's why they voted for him and he has come through for them magnificently. it matters not that he has contempt disdain for them. They are the only ones who find value in him therefore he must pretend to tolerate them! They don't require much and that's exactly what they get. Different strokes. Thank you for your reply Shuhak.
