    The 'nothing' was a previous universe crunched down by gravitational force to a point of zero dimnnsion.

    There is no preceding or ending of anything because the ' Scientific Law of the Conservation of Energy/Matter' is the proven fact that the universe always existed in some form and cannot be creared or terminated into nothing.     That is a concept beyond my ability to comprehend. No beginning? Now how is that LOGICAL? I am not faulting you I am simply telling you that my capacity to "imagine that" is inadequate. Because no matter what you would tell I would ask "and what existed BEFORE that?" So I am stuck with the way my mind works for eternity. Thank you for trying. I appreciate it.
