How many dimensions do YOU think our world contains? How do you know? What if there are dozens to which we will never have access?

There are only 2 significant dimensions of existence;  3 dimensional and zero dimensional. Other dimensions are mostly imaginary

If supernatural forces exist then there is a God/spiritual dimension.

I disagree with thee Kg. I think there may be as many as 26 dimensions. Are you familiar with a book called FLATLAND? It's out of print. It is aout two-dimensional beings living in a 3-dimensional world and how they perceive only what their limitations allow. I think a lot of what we think is MYSTERIOUS isn't mysterious at all and exists in the dimensions we cannot access. Answers to all our questions. Perhaps one day we will. Now your perception is very limiting with no hope of ever being more than it is right now. I am NOT wired to be that way. That would be like saying man can never fly. Well hundreds of years ago there were no planes so they were limited by their experiences. No imagination. No creativity. No inventiveness. The world in which we live today is beyond the ken of our ancestors. So too will future world be beyond our ken. It is unavoidable. You state with certitude there are only 2 significant dimensions of existence. That other dimensions are 'mostly" imaginary. Why MOSTLY? Are you leaving the door open to other possibiliites? You are limited to the now but futurely is unlimited. In my opinion. Thank you for your reply. We differ in our take on things significantly. I will never say what you said. Because I don't believe it's true. Thank you for your reply Kg. Different strokes. This post was edited by RosieG at July 3, 2020 1:29 PM MDT

Concepts of time and space would have to be altered,  I think, to accommodate each different dimension of existence. That is why I can only perceive 2 different dimensions being possible. (zero dimension and 3 dimensional)
Example of one dimension would be a photon particle;  has no mass and does not occupy space.
Two dimensional would be a sheet of particles of about a Plank length or less in thickness
I cannot imagine 4th or greater dimensions at all. I will find 'Flatlands' and read it as a matter of interest,  might be some good reading material for me. This post was edited by Kittigate at July 3, 2020 1:33 PM MDT
