After COVID19, economic stimulus will be needed to get economies active again.
Because so many businesses crashed, there will be huge numbers of people out of work.
Just like during the Great Depression, governments around the world will need to programs that create new jobs - preferably things like building new infrastructure.
But technologies have changed since then. Huge computerised machines can now dig foundations, tunnels, mines, build bridges and roads and so on.

So what would be the best ways to generate new jobs and help the country in areas where it's most needed?
