The universe had no  beginning  (Scientific Law of the Conservation of Energy/Matter) Matter/energy cannot be created or destroyed.

If true, there is also no end. Kind of like a one-ended stick. This post was edited by Element 99 at July 14, 2020 2:20 PM MDT

Infinity- without beginning or ending is a different dimension of existence than our 3D existence where we are accustomed to beginnings and endings of things.

Anyway the Law of the Conservation of Energy/Matter is scientific proof that energy/matter cannot be created or terminally destroyed. A universe 'big bangs' into existence then eventually 'big  crunches' into a single black hole then big bangs again into another new universe.  Repeat infinitely without beginning or end of time.

    Many will say God.
Many more will say "We don't know." I certainly don't.

Stephen Hawking determined that supernatural force (God) is not required for existence.
