So per the trump "testing CREATES cases". May we extrapolate and say if we never test for any disease they will all disappear?

If in fact TESTING CREATES CASES then logic demands that you STOP TESTING. Problem solved.

Only the supreme stable genius of a trump could come up with that and tell you that with a straight face.
