A) I am currently doing the 18:6 and it’s the bestest.
B) I lost my mind at day 10 of the 18:6 and quit.
C) My brain is broken at this time of night because I’m doing the 18:6
D) Not doing the 18:6 yet because I’m still living in 2019

I have that options on the program I’m doing, but I needed to start with 18:6. I was supposed to start slower than that even, with less fasting time, but I decided jump into the pro level right away lol. I’m not ready for your expert level yet. -_-
