Why does the Oslo bombing of 22 July 2011 make me think of a child getting their tooth pulled at the dentist?

It's been 9 years since the terror attacks on Norway. Do you remember these attacks?

When I think of a child getting their tooth pulled at the dentist, I think of the 22 July Oslo bombing.

When I think of the 22 July Oslo bombing, I think of a child getting their tooth pulled at the dentist.

Any idea why this is?
