They will need to be 3ft in diameter to enforce the 6ft social distancing. Lol

  • A crowded grocery store aisle will lead to the first complaint of awkward bubble rubbing.

That's not the particular gif I especially liked (the one I really liked wouldn't post for me for some reason) but this gif is the same group of people in the same place, same idea.
    :)

    Be Well :)

If that's what it would take to keep me safe, then I'd do it, but I can't imagine why that would be required.

"He noted that goggles and eye or face shields are "not universally recommended" at this time, "but if you really want to be complete, you should probably use it if you can."

I did not say they were required at this time.  I said they are  starting to talk about about it....what do you think comes next.   Even mentioning that they could be decorative (the face shields)

I've seen some store employees using face shields instead of masks ... I've seen some wearing those mask/eye shield combo.
Not many store workers still just wearing the nose/mouth mask, at the local "big box" stores.

Masks are still required even with face shields here.  Effective tomorrow for us.

Yes, they are quite vulnerable. The eye shields are to protect those around you.

Yep. Mucus membrane on the eyes.  If you touch your contaminated mask and then touch your eye.....
