What if I don't want emails?

Is there a setting to not receive emails when people like or respond to a post?

    Go into notifications
    Uncheck all of the boxes and you won't get any emails.
    your alerts will appear at the bell at the top of your page.
    when you answer a question

    Yes at the bottom of each reply.  BEFORE you hit reply.  You have to find the box below this square and click on it each and every time.

  • Mine transported over. I really don't like the way this site is laid out. I've never had this many issues on ANY site I've been on. I have been a member of about 5 different Q&A sites and this one is the most complicated one out of all of them.
