Any of you living in other countries ever have a "HEAD" who tried to blow up an election in advance or rig it out in the open?

Have you ever had a country "HEAD" try to squeeze the life out of your postal delivery system? Manipulate it and change personnel to get it all set for catastrophe uncertainty duplicity malice sabotage?

    Most other countries wouldn't tolerate that.. I believe it's not impossible for the situation to arise, but it smacks of corruption..

    We are living it every day in the America of today. Our "check-and-balance system" is broken. No rails any more. How this will end I cannot say Addb. It is a terrible time for Americans...the ones who really love the country and the Constitution and our previous dependence on laws. Thank you for your reply! :)
