    A few months ago when I was complaining  about being on hold you said it was no big deal...

      Fake news. You specifically whined that you wouldn’t wait even five years on hold during a call to The Tilde Consortium. I had waited forty minutes, and I was glad to do it. Your stance is just plain hateful.
