Tacos: beef, turkey, shrimp, chicken or what?

I’ve never had a beef taco but that’s probably because I don’t eat beef :)  

Makes sense. 

If no beef then ground turkey. Chicken is for quesadillas. 

If you get take out tacos, chicken is usually an option. I don’t cook them,  I just pick them up :) 

It is here too. I just do not like it in tacos. 

Oh I forgot about pork, you Americans and your pork lol. :) 

 

  Pork isn’t eaten very much in Canada?

No. They only eat poutine, eh.

I was having a discussion about this with someone here a few weeks ago. I had to babysit some Americans from Kansas City, Missouri a few years ago for work. They complained when we went for dinners that theirs no pork on any menus and said is there. I’m sure people eat pork here but it’s not restaurants really.

Calm down and keep your shirt on. Nobody said anything about sandwiches.

 

  Yeah, right. Trying to steer me away from sandwich-based thinking would be like trying to keep you from tying Canada into practically every other post of yours.  Besides, I’m here for the array of tacos, not sandwiches. 

  Speaking of which, is a taco a sandwich?  (That’s right, Jaimie; here we go again.)
