Oh come on Randy, I know there are a few things about today that cause the flipping of lids, maybe more than a few, but are you sure you don't just go looking for them to unload on us. But yes, some telephone help lines do seem set up more to avoid contact than actually help those of us needing help. When you finally get a human on the other end of the line, just ask them to wait a moment, and see how much waiting they are prepared to do.
