The Royal Academy of the Italian Language was founded in 1583, currently headquartered in Florence, Italy. 

The French Academy was founded in 1635, currently headquartered in Paris, France.

The Royal Spanish Academy was founded in 1713, currently headquartered in Madrid, Spain.
