The agency I worked for required not only that a background check be completed on applicants before hiring them, but once hired, they also required renewed background checks every five years on all employees. My first “five-year” background check took place around my fifteen-year mark.

Only four? Someone must have misread the invoice; I specifically paid for eight of them for you. Sigh, I guess I have to call the Director’s office in the morning.
