      It was probably by one of those people who believe that questions have expiration dates.

    No, it was someone who has a lot of criteria about how questions may be answered and by whom.

    I don't think so. 

    That being said, I generally have a pretty good/unusual memory, and I'm sure that can be off-putting at times, in a forum such as this.
