    There are two flights, I’m guessing 17 steps total. 

      Shall I go and check now to see if I was right?

    Two stairways. Tri-level home.  Main floor has living room. kitchen and dining room.  From main floor take one stairway up 6 stairs to 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.  Take the other stairway from the main floor down 8 steps to 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
