It depends on who answers you. Every car company will tout its own products as the best, and therefore might denigrate other brands as being the least reliable. Additionally, certain car enthusiasts will tout their particular preferences, and might name a different car as being junk. A warranty is a separate issue, because not all cars have warranties, and unless you’re only referring to new cars (you didn’t specify in your post), the reliability or lack thereof can occur at any time during a car‘s “life”. For instance, one car might be quite reliable for 25 years, then slowly begin to develop problems, or another car might be a lemon from the day it rolls off of the assembly line.
The answer is completely subjective, and so might be your interpretation as to accepting or not accepting the answers that people give as to which car they consider to be unreliable.
