So a judge is supposed to be INDEPENDENT and rule based on WHAT IS RIGHT. Y'all know that is a lie. Why?

Why else would you want the benches LARDED with CONSERVATIVE JUDGES if they didn't rule according to your heart's desire?

Why is the demented duck so frantic to fill the slot on SCOTUS if all judges are truly INDEPENDENT FAIR MINDED and RULE ACCORDING TO WHAT IS RIGHT?

No. Y'all are full of it if you float that sh**. You WANT CONSERVATIVE JUDGES because they will always roll over for you and the demented duck. You want the demented duck and moscow mitch to keep larding all benches with CONSERVATIVE JUDGES so you get what you want..you and your religion.

So stop with the crap and admit that. YOU WANT PARTISAN JUDGES WHO WILL ONLY EVER ALWAYS VOTE for your partisan political party schitck dogma script. Everyone KNOWS THAT. Stop pretending it is otherwise.

    They are supposed to rule by what the law says....not what they want/wish it says. (Or think is right)

    They are supposed to rule, based on the law.
    However, that means they often have to interpret the meaning of the law because the laws generally don't directly address the case before them.

    Example:  The First Amendment doesn't say WHAT "speech" is.
    Is it just verbal?  Is it writing?  Is it non-verbal communications?  Are drawings covered?

    Perhaps the founding fathers should have used the word FREE EXPRESSION. That would cover all bases. "supposed to rule based on the law". Right. Theoretically. Currently they must rule based on the rule of the demented duck. Good luck. Yuck. It sucks. Thank you for your reply Walt.
