Invasion of privacy is detestable if it's YOUR privacy. But "opposition" privacy? Anything goes and you hope it's bigly awful. Why?

I know why. I just wanted to see what YOU would say. It's hypocritical of course. Two-faced. You want the rules pertaining to you to be followed but  screw the other guy and let it all fly no matter how invasive. The American way or the human way? We insist on the sanctity of us and we relish the damage done to the not us. Will we ever outgrow that or are we stuck being us, being typical, being average, being ordinary, being not so hot?
