His gullibles and toady sycophants already believe every lie he tells. He knows that but he can't stop himself from incessantly repeating repeating repeating. Is he AUTISTIC perchance? SENILE? Or just a corrup evil LIAR?
Trump has been in the 50% approval ratings since he took office so for him to say the only way he will lose is if the election is riged is crazy. It dosen't add up - he could say he has a 50/50 chance of winning but he dosen't like those odds so he cheats and lies to win. Cheers and happy weekend!

50%? Are you certain of that? In America he has only ever been in the 40's. NEVER ONCE a 50% guy. So I'm confused but then that isn't rare. Thank you for your reply Nanoose! :)
