A pol wants to amend the Constitution to prohibit increasing the size of SCOTUS. Do you agree or dis? Why?

Agree 100%.   
But if this is Doug Collins what he wants to do is not limit the ability to change but make it so any changes would take place 10 yrs later so we know it is a logical decision of what is best for the country and not an emotional one.

But there maybe another one out there I know Cruz is also talking about something but not sure of the details at the moment.

I agree.  Allowing one party to increase the size of the SCOTUS simply because they didn’t get their way is wrong.

HOWEVER, the SCOTUS should NOT be a political tool.  Presidents love to use it to advance their agenda, not necessarily for what’s best for the country.  This bickering over who should and shouldn’t be allowed to appoint someone and when needs to stop!  The SCOTUS serves the people - NOT just a president or a party.  It’s no wonder justice is so lopsided in this country.
