Does Chelsea Clinton Have a Brother By Another Mother?

Don't know about that but it seems that she my have a brother (or half-brother) by a different mother. His name is Walter.

Actually it is rumored that Chelsea has not only a brother but also 3 sisters from another mother.

Webster Hobbell is rumored to be Chelsea's father not Bill Clinton.  Hubbell is a former lawyer at Hillary's old law firm in AR.  Hobbell has 4 other children...a son and 3 daughters.
