    What I don't understand is if he stops or suppresses voting, won't he be hurting himself as well?  Discounting votes for "whatever" applies to republican and democrat voters.  What IF (big hypothetical 'if'') one of the states he's harassing had voted all red?  Essentially he'd be defeating himself.
