Will a woman ever be elected president on her own merits or will she always have to be escorted and approved of by a man?

The homogenized misogynist racist domestic terrorist adorer will see to it that every woman is excoriated berated insulted attacked on his watch. He has no  use for them. Never has. Never will. Except for sex and attacking/insulting they serve no purpose in his world. His view is shared by many...some are women! WHAT?

    He'll be dead soon enough, and most of his dinosaurs with him. Even Islamic nations like Pakistan have managed it (the redoubtable Benazir Bhutto was elected, then defeated after her first term, then elected again) so I believe it's inevitable that the US will eventually elect a woman to the top job.
    A likely scenario is that a female veep will succeed to the presidency on the death or permanent incapacitation of her running mate - and that is definitely on the cards if Biden wins this week - and then be re-elected in her own right at the end of her term.

    Well, if it's any comfort it's only necessary to think about what happens beyond those two big oceans - there are many nations that have elected women Presidents or Prime Ministers.
