Which are more HARMFUL to homo saps, animals, plants and the air we breathe? RED TIDES or BLUE?

Colonies of algae grow out of control while producing harmful or TOXIC effects on people, fish, shellfish, marine animals, birds. Human illness caused by those toxins can be debilitating or even FATAL Harmful Algae Blooms or HABS.

So. D'ya know which color tide will do more harm? Red or Blue?
